Welcome Rick Hillman, SPELL Virtual Safety Officer
Rick Hillman, CEO of Ironwood Consulting, is the newly contracted SPELL Virtual Safety Officer. Rick recently retired from a significant public school career. The last roles he played were as leader of IT, Facilities and School Safety. He brings the working knowledge of school district constraint together with the creative drive needed to continuously improve. He is a SPELL funded consultant to member school districts. Rick will be a tremendous asset to members and the JIFs in helping manage the growing demand for virtual safety services from IT fortress composition through employee and community engagement in virtual safety habits.
