To report a matter for coverage under the Environmental and Property Policies, please click the button below to complete the form.  When you submit, you will receive an email copy of your form, and it will auto-distribute to Chris Roselli of Qual-Lynx, your JIF Administrators office, and a representative from Beazley Environmental, the Environmental Insurance carrier.
